These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products and services by Paves Vetagro Limited through www.pavesvetagro.co.ke and related channels. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They operate alongside the Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Products
We supply agro-chemicals, veterinary chemicals, drugs, vaccines, fertilizers, seeds, animal products, hygiene products, equipment and supplies. Regulated products are handled in accordance with the requirements of the relevant regulators, including the Kenya Veterinary Vaccines Producing and Marketing Board (KEBS, PCPB and relevant county authorities). Product images are indicative; the product delivered is as described in the order confirmation.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Payment is via M-PESA STK push (or such other payment method as offered). Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
- We may update prices at any time; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
4. Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or address error) and will refund any payment received in that case under our Refund Policy.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available in Kapenguria, Kitale and surrounding areas as indicated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; we are responsible for goods until they reach you, subject to our Refund Policy for damage or loss in transit.
6. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 are not affected. Certain items (opened vaccines, chemicals, perishables) are non-refundable as provided in that policy.
7. B2B / business customers
Business, cooperative and institutional orders are subject to the B2B ordering process on our Business Customers page and the same refund policy unless a separate agreement applies.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under Kenyan law that cannot be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken in reliance on product information (always follow label directions and professional advice).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, and failing that the courts of Kenya.
