1. Who we are
Paves Vetagro Limited is an agricultural and animal health products company headquartered in Kapenguria, West Pokot County, Kenya, with operations in Kapenguria and Kitale. We distribute agro-chemicals, veterinary chemicals, drugs, vaccines, fertilizers, seeds, animal products and hygiene products.

2. What we collect
- Identity and contact details — name, phone number (M-PESA), email address, delivery address.
- Order information — products ordered, quantities, prices, order history and payment reference (M-PESA transaction codes). We do not store M-PESA PINs or card details.
- Business customer information — company name, KRA PIN, and contact details for B2B orders.
- Technical information — basic browser/device data where necessary for site security and functionality.
3. How we use your information
- To process and fulfil your orders, including M-PESA STK payment processing and delivery.
- To maintain business customer accounts and B2B order records (including KRA compliance).
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer service.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations (including KEBS, PCPB and County Government requirements).
4. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (fulfilling your orders), legal obligation (tax and regulatory compliance), and legitimate business interests. We never sell personal data.
5. Sharing
We share the minimum information necessary with trusted service providers: M-PESA/Safaricom (payment processing), couriers and transporters (delivery), and our website/technology providers. All are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not share personal data for third-party marketing.
6. Retention
Order and financial records are retained as required by Kenyan law (including tax law — at least 5 years). Other personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then securely deleted or anonymised.
